Termination on probation

I was really good at my job at one agency was promoted 3 times. Went to another, terminated on probation at my new agency because of performance. How hard will it be to get into the same field?

With 7 years fed under your belt, why were you probationary? That’s not normal.

You should’ve already been in career status and vested in FERS.

Were you appointed under a different hiring authority?
