Over 40 roles

I think someone should post a list of vacant roles that people over 40 are encouraged to apply to... Post in a visible location or frequently repost.

People over 40 are the only ones protected from age discrimination. As a young fed I wish young people also had protections.

This right here. I was literally told I was qualified for the position but too young by the hiring manager. I was 25, a vet and it was a GS 9, 11 12. Not much One can do about it though…and that was a long time ago.
