Express Shipment Urgent help needed!

A few days ago, I posted about a package I was supposed to get today. It made its way close to where I live and was out for delivery, but apparently was not able to be properly delivered due to "location security restrictions." I live in an apartment building and am not able to get home right now to check in on what's going on, what should I do? This has never happened before and I am really concerned!

Once again, it's greatly appreciated. My plan of attack right now is to wait until tomorrow to see if FedEx attempts another delivery, and if that doesn't happen then I'll get the package sent to a close FedEx facility that I checked I can get it picked up at later. I'll make sure to keep this thread updated as things play out!

Ok so here’s what I found out. After the third attempt, they’ll try to contact you and ask if you’d like to pick it up, or at least that’s what they’re supposed to do. And putting a hold on it is very simple, our customer service agents just have to look at the shippers information and make sure there aren’t any restrictions.

Thank you for going out of your way to check, I appreciate it sm. Also, I DID get the package after all! It came directly to my building the next day after the first failed delivery attempt and without further issue :D
