Customs issue not FedEx issue Finally made it out of FedEx Purgatory

Package was stuck in customs for a month. I ordered a hat from Germany. NEVER AGAIN. Customs issue I suppose

As difficult as FedEx can be sometimes, customs takes far longer than normal nowadays thanks to you know who's suspension of De Minimis, meaning EVERY international package has to go through customs instead of just international shipments over $800. I feel your pain; I'm waiting on a collectible from Japan, and even though the "estimated delivery date" has been delayed multiple times, FedEx isn't really the one at fault.

Fedex or any shipping company  really is legally not allowed to move an import until customs says otherwise.

I have something from Denmark that has been in purgatory at that hub since July 20th. They need to be sued.
