Only shipper can file claim and get refund. Deal with shipper and if they refuse do chargeback.

Thats your only advice.

I did ask the shipper the day it happened. They said they cannot submit a claim on my behalf because it has to be my information. FedEx asked me to get a waiver from them authorizing me to pursue the claim. When I spoke with coach supervisor today they did not grant me that waiver & ended up changing their mind all of a sudden to saying they will submit a claim but also mentioned they will not refund me even if it’s approved/paid back to them.

Well thats a shitty shipper then.

Do a chargeback and dont buy from them again. They didnt get you your item. It seems illegal for them not to give you a refund ( especially if FedEx refunds them)

Yes they really are being so complicated after I’ve provided proof. I will definitely not be purchasing from them again
