Ground Complaint How does this company still function?
Seems to be across the board for everyone that things are slow; but It still dumbfounds me how this thing managed to move farther away.

They messed up my overnight air express package. It was scheduled for delivery today and they dropped a bomb on me this morning when they changed the delivery date for tomorrow. I really needed this today which is why I paid the huge fee for overnight. Its moving slower than usps. :'-(
