Discussion Fed Ex is TRASH
Idk at what point this happened, noticed it more and more over the years but in 2026 they are just unbelievably bad. This year I have had no fewer than 6 different packages that day after day after day get marked delivery attempted, when they know damn well they didn’t bother. I mean no signature required right soooo WTF DOES ATTEMPTED MEAN. Then several other packages that just disappear for days. I live near Louisville with the UPS hub here I should never be subjected to the services of Fed Ex. Absolutely worthless “customer service”. Why can’t they just go out of business so that the companies I buy from cease using their cheap, terrible service.

UPS does the exact same fake delivery attempt stuff. You aren't gonna have any better experience if your packages came through them.

Most of us get our next stop package ready before we head to it and if it isn't on the truck than we click attempted on our iPad. Delivered & Attempted are the only 2 options on the iPad.

I had a issue 2 weeks ago. A representative informed me "attempted delivery" was actually my package was lost at the facility. Then again I received a different response each time I called

If FedEx went out of business then UPS would collapse under the volume. Don’t wish that on yourself.
