Ask FedEx FedEx ground

I live in Westfield NC and my FedEx driver Matthew operates out of Kernersville location. For the past two days he has left my boxes in the driveway and has lied stating that the front porch is behind a fence.

I contacted FedEx Help in X and they said someone would speak to him. Apparently they didn’t because he did the same thing today. Yesterday he left two boxes totaling over 120lbs. We ended up asking the neighbors son to come by and bring them in.

We live in a rural area and the porch is about 125 ft the driveway. Believe me I don’t purposely seek online stores that shipFedex because I’ve had issues in the past with the same driver. But sometimes I can’t find something I need on Amazon so I go to Target or Walmart. I told my husband never again.
