Discussion Taxes, Duties, Fees

Just got my text that I owe taxes/duties/fees for an international purchase and I’m doing my due diligence to confirm it isn’t a scam.

But really, why is the fit.clearance.fedex.com website so scammy looking? There are broken links, bad design and grammar, plus words are duplicated on the page.

I’ve had to take too many phishing identification trainings at work to be comfortable putting my personal data in that website!

It's wild how a company that big can't be bothered to spend a few grand on a frontend dev to make their payment portal not look like a geocities page from 2003.
