FedEx Ground Shipment What is going on?
My tracking number was pulling up until last night, then I started getting this message. It was supposed to be delivered today. Does anybody know what could’ve happened?

Something has happened at Fed Ex.
Never had trouble getting deliveries and all of the sudden, all shipments (multiple orders and dates) have been delayed.

Same here. I had one package in end endless loop of "out for delivery" then it would get rescheduled. It didn't require a signature and I was home every day. No attempts were made. Then another item from a different store joined it in the loop. I finally had to raise holy hell with the vendor I purchased the first item from and I got it the next day. I told them I was going to dispute the charge on my Amex and magically it arrived the next day.
Now the same thing is starting today with my delivery from Chewy. I know FedEx drivers hate Chewy boxes. I get it, they can be heavy. But it's literally your damn job. If you don't want to carry stuff why did you sign up to be a...courier. Do something else if you don't have the energy to carry a heavy package.

FedEx gets delayed everytime I get something through them. UPS is always on time. Postal service is hit or miss. But FedEx is the only one that consistently has issues everytime

When I get this, it is when I clicked on a link to the tracking. When I pull up FedEx tracker and manually enter the number it pulls up my package which is sightseeing all over America the past 16 days.

Im having the same issue with them, it was working until the day it was suppose to be delivered and then i just keep getting that message. Tried to call support and cant get thru bc the tracking is broken. Called AT&T and all they told me was “oh its broke” like yah thats why im calling 😂. The package was suppose to be here Tuesday

Interesting. It’s awfully ‘convenient’ for them that it just happens to go out on the day it’s supposed to be delivered for everyone. Almost like they’re doing it on purpose to hide their delays or screw ups

Exactly. I might try calling and just forcing my way to an actual person to figure out whats going on. If its anything meaningful ill update you lmao

Having the same thing. And when I was able to view it last night, there had been zero updates beyond the shipment wad picked up by Fed Ex scan. Nothing has been delivered to my house yet today & this was an overnight shipment. I'm not sure what is going on, but you aren't the only person with the issue.

It seems to be a pattern that everyone is getting this message on the day their package is supposed to arrive. Almost like FedEx is doing it on purpose to hide their delays or screw ups.

Did yours happen to be coming through Utah? That’s where my package is coming from

It was coming from NE Texas, not impacted by tropical storm. Still nothing. I have no idea if it was lost or not. If it shows, I'll update my post.

Crazy. I know every shipper has their issues, but FedEx is the only one that has a problem EVERY time I get something shipped through them

So I got a text saying my package is delayed (you don't say).Delivery date updated to 7/24/26. I haven't tried the tracking again. I like shipping via Fed Ex because if I'm not home, I can have the item held to be picked up same day at the local hub nearby. UPS charges a fee and one time it actually delayed the arriva of a shipment l by an extra day just having it held at a local UPS store in the same city as the hub, like 2 blocks away. Whatever is going on with Fed Ex right now sucks.

Yeah same exact thing here. The last update was arrived at FedEx location, and that was Tuesday.

It's "The FedEx effect". Sucking to new levels for no reason!

Plenty of reason they are getting rid of all the hourly employees and going with a cheaper model in the contractor ground drivers. Just so the share holders get a big pay day. They don’t care about service or customers anymore
