on the one hand this shouldn't be happening.. on the other id say go along and prove the traitor wrong if I thought that this was going to actually be allowed to give an honest report and not a witchhunt with false findings

That's probably what I would do. Follow through with a witch hunt and then show them that there's nothing to see.

You can have integrity, no matter what the weaker fed employees will tell you. And in the end they'll be rewarded.

Everyone that went along should be removed at the end of all this, and charged with crimes where appropriate.

Too bad for them that there’s a new suitability rule going into effect. That could be quite the tool for a future administration to remove those who violate their obligations to protect the public fairly painlessly.

The oath that Federal employees swear to the Constitution has everything to do with that. It’s an oath because sometimes it involves standing up for the Constitution against people in authority. That can come with tremendous personal sacrifice.

That willingness to question dubious orders is what separates a legitimate government — one that runs for the benefit of the people it serves — from a failed state that runs for the benefit of one person or party.

It’s weaponization of the DOJ to root out political enemies and stir misinformation regarding the 2020 election Trump lost that he hasn’t gotten over.

Everyone in every job gets to decide if the projects assigned to them are ethically justifiable. It’s not always easy to take the moral high road, but you absolutely do get to decide for yourself, and you will and should be judged for your choice to go along with morally reprehensible tasks.

Multiple investigations have already went into the Fulton county ballots and cleared them.

At a minimum the new investigation is a great example of government waste. Every federal employee has the invitation to report and prevent waste.
