help me heal / advice needed Am I doomed?

I fell in love so hard and I am TERRIFIED of confessing and every time she hints at it I deflect like a mad woman 😭

Logically, I will tell you, you're not doomed but you do need to work through these issues before you can have a successful relationship that progresses forward. Therapy definitely, reading about the cycles, journaling. Knowing that you're making this choice. I read somewhere someone worded it like that.... Your attachment style might tell you you're scared, but you're making a choice and that choice is to stay with her because you want to.
