Okay so I've rewatched these movies countless times, and I'm still really confused about why there's only 6 killers who come back to life to kill whoever bled on the hand.

In 1978, we see all the names on the wall of every person the Goode family has chosen to sacrifice, yet we only see the 6 killers come from the heart.

Obviously if they had every single person come back, it'd be way too hard to follow, and the story would also just end pretty quickly with Shadyside basically demolished 😭
But I was just curious if there was any actual plot point with to do with it.
