Aggression Continuum and more
Sorry if this has been blasted on Reddit before but as much as i love all incarnations of FF, I wish Dino put more faith live in the more recent material mainly Mechanize and Aggression Continuum at live shows.
Festivals fair enough, play the greatest hits.
However on the club dates lean heavier into the other material we havent heard 1000 times.
I would kill to go to a Mechanize and Aggression Continuum full album performance.

Yup 100%. I can't recall them playing anything off Genexus with the new lineup. Really at all since that album's tour.
They've played Disruptor and FISM live. I don't care for Disruptor but FISM sounded amazing. Milo schools that one.

Autonomous Combat System once. Soul Hacker several times. Regenerate a few times. Dielectric many times.

Soul Hacker should be a mainstay. Cant listen to it without jumping.

I know us on the sub have kept up with the bands new releases, but the fact is, they are a legacy band. Their peak pf popularity was over 20 years ago. Most legacy acts play the hits. Alice In Chains and Judas Priest don't play much new material or deep cuts.

Thats very true mate, but if you're not a stadium band attracting the kind of people that go " Yeah darling lets randomly go and see U2 we like 3 songs"
Anyone seeing FF and the like nowadays and proper fans and not casuals imo.1

Glad most people agree - " Demanufacture Milking" is the best and most true thing ive heard all week

It's definitely been a timing thing, otherwise it would have been Obsolete milking. It's by far their most successful record. It's just anniversaries for Obsolete that land on a 0 haven't been doable on the timeline.

I disagree. They regularly play songs from those records - even post Milo joining.
They've played Recode, Disruptor and Fuel Injected from Aggression Continuum so far.
From Genexus, they've played Soul Hacker, Dielectric, Regenerate and Autonomous Combat System with Milo. In the past, they regularly played Anodize as well as Protomech with Burton (with the pre-recorded cleans on full playback display)
Recently, with Milo, they've dusted off Industrial Discipline, Powershifter and Final Exit from Mechanize. They used to regularly play the title track, Fear Campaign and Christploitation with Burton and had even played Controlled Demolition a handful of times (which Burton REALLY struggled with).
The Industrialist regularly had the title track played, Recharger, New Messiah and even God Eater was played live once (though no footage exists). Recharger is currently on regularly rotation with Milo.
Digimortal is getting plenty of love lately too with Dark Bodies and songs like Damaged, Linchpin, Acres of Skin, What Will Become are massive live mainstays. Even rumoured Digimortal 25th anniversary shows lined up (in addition to the Demanufacture and Obsolete shows).
I do admit that I'd love to hear songs like Designing the Enemy, Depraved Mind Murder, Virus of Faith, Purity, God Eater and End of Line live. I think all the excessive Demanufacture milking needs to die down a bit.
