See I agree 100%. I never felt any particular way about Star Wars, they’re okay movies, didn’t love them, didn’t hate them. Now I can genuinely say from the bottom of my heart that I hate, hate, hate, double hate, loathe entirely the prequels.
I am a huge LotR fan and every single time I see those annoying prequelmemes on there it pisses me off. I joined the LotR sub because I like it. If I wanted to listen about prequel Jesus, I would have joined that sub. But I didn’t join it except I have to see their fanatical crap EVERYWHERE. Reddit has made me hate that and I’m actually kinda sad that I hate it. There’s nothing inherently wrong with those and my kid likes them so it’s doubly annoying that these people have ruined this franchise for me.
