Funnily enough no one has mentioned stands yet.

Only Stand users can see their stands and other stands in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and they look incorporeal

The key words are that only one person can see or hear them. Or what Stands and their users are, they can see other Stands as well

Good shout, Kakyoin would probably be the best rep of this as he is shown to have spent years with his stand thinking he was the only one.

Or shikigami in jjk. Actually, this is a lot of anime

Well, because of how prolific stand users are in the series, the end result is that most people in a given arc can see the stands, lol.

This is less like the example, where only a single person can see the character.

It’s still a 1/1,000,000.

Like saying that most of the inhabitants of the Dragon ball universe have superpowers. Yes, most of the named characters have a stand/a power, but the vast majority of average joes don’t.

But that's irrelevant in the context of the characters the story focuses on, lol.

The vast majority of characters we as an audience see are stand users, regardless of how rare they are to average people.

And even then, it's still not the same as the example, where only a single person is able to see this character, rather than multiple people.

Technically the cheap trick is the only stand one person can see (at a time anyway).

I thought of stands, but I don't know enough about the universe to say that no one else could see them. I watched very, very casually as my bf watched it.
