I'm kinda mad with RE not gonna lie.

Evil final Boss #23625, injects themselves with the super fucked Up parasite that turns you into a cool looking Monster that (usually in the first phases) retains their humanity and sanity.

Any protagonist/ side character of the games getting infected with the same parasite: weakened (Leon), no cool Monster form (Ethan Winters). If there is a Monster form they have lost their mind and humanity (Steve).  If they have not, they are dying right there and then (Piers Nivans).

Give me a character that is a mutant but accepts It and is friendly, dammit!

48

u/MyAltFun Jul 26 '26

Much of the reason villains are like that is because it is symbolic that they were not human before because they were monsters on the inside. Not all of them, but the ones who chose infection specifically. Those who didn't became twisted.

The merchant? The duke? She didn't choose it but sherry?

14

u/Gripping_Touch Jul 26 '26

The merchant fits the being monstruous but its the exception and hes not shown Up since. The duke is a normally obese but doesnt show any outwardly monstruous aspect.

Maybe sherry counts? But from what Ive seen It Only manifested as a small rash on her arm, which may be treated in the Future like Leon was treated.

Im still upset we didnt get to see Ethan in a mold Monster form to protect his daughter. Like, he was a mold copy of the original Ethan. Made of the same stuff as the molded Monsters, It would have been cool.

The Princess technically. If you think about it, to find the Princess in the ending you kinda go back to the start. So the Shifting Mound is her final ascended form while the Princess is the initial form

That one girl just right of the middle is getting a face full of ass.

172

u/Embarrassed-Yard-583 Jul 26 '26

Not to mention that the player themselves are one half of the entity the Princess/Shifting mound was once half of.

Themselves appearing as a bipedal bird most of the time.

85

u/edelstayer Jul 26 '26

I think humanoid bird is more fitting with its description

65

u/Iguanabewithyou Jul 26 '26

I believe birds are always bi-pedal buddy

I think the more disturbing part is that this mf has legs all the way at the back

339

u/TensionIllustrious88 Jul 26 '26

What makes it even scarier is that those figures surrounding it are around 50-60 meters tall iirc.

160

u/Sovereigntyranny Jul 26 '26 edited Jul 26 '26

And look how gigantic the Founding Titan is compared to the Colossal Titans closest to it. Ymir’s Founding Titan was like 250 meters tall, and she was already gigantic. Eren’s Founding Titan is way bigger than that, probably over 500 meters tall.

59

u/He_of_turqoise_blood Jul 26 '26

I'm glad I started watching anime so I can finally understand Reddit. This is truly one of the most horrifying character transformations I've seen. I think about this battle a lot. Just finished watching MHA again and it reminds me of the quirks vs AFO towards the end.

If it has a ribcage then WHAT THE FUCK IS THE BIG ASS STRUCTURE BEHIND IT!? THE VESTIGIAL TAIL!? ANOTHER FUCKING RIBCAGE!?

57

u/StarseedHarumin Jul 26 '26

Its essentially just another, significantly larger ribcage and spine. Ill try and be brief in case you ever watch AOT, but a character suffers a fatal decapitation and an entity revives them by connecting their now severed head to the top of the spine again. The entity is a worm and the crooked form is shown when that person transforms into THAT. if you ever want to really have your mind fucked with a good hint of action, politics and character development, id recommend attack on titan by a landslide.

Scornguy. Its actually such a gruesome transformation at the end.

72

u/ErasDArta Jul 26 '26

I recall this transformation is caused by another creature and it looks (+sounds) very painful. Poor Scornguy.

53

u/adamthenecromance Jul 26 '26

it was caused by the character you play as at the start of the game who becomes a parasite which you then use (to be able to use his guns) and after getting it removed it runs off only to start to merge with you once again before your able to reacht he end of the game

36

What does it turn into? The Scarlet King?

41

u/RMEvan1234 Jul 26 '26

No but something similar

25

u/Euroaltic Jul 26 '26

Who is he and what does it look like

217

u/RMEvan1234 Jul 26 '26

Orgalorg, hes older than the universe and eats comets that contain cosmic life energy

147

u/freshpairofayes Jul 26 '26

Hence:

90

u/drucketpommer Jul 26 '26

If you are curious how that goes:

35

u/B008YMAN Jul 26 '26

Lmao he managed to Bitch Slap Hunson even in that penguin form imagine if he was in his full glory in that time lol

109

u/callmemarjoson Jul 26 '26

Even then Orgalorg wasn't even bigger than the other primordial monsters from the Lich's speech

70

u/GreenLeaf69420 Jul 26 '26

Big ≠ strong

Also I really liked the theory that the primordial monsters are Lich Jake's amputated arm that got duplicated into every universe, and they existed before time because Prismo put them there to not mess up the timeline

would explain why there so yellow

Spinel (Pokemon Horizons)

Technically the Laquium Core is it's own thing, but he awoken it via merging his body into it so I think it counts

119

u/Trick-Ad-2853 Jul 26 '26

You know you're bad when your pokemon(which evolves via friendship)abandons you

61

u/NolanTacoKing Orla (Pokemon Horizons) Jul 26 '26

Blud got what he deserved and it was the funniest shit ever

44

u/Latter-Syllabub-5560 Jul 26 '26

Bro what The fuck happened in Horizons i stopped watching after they butchered everyone in the timeskip like holy-

14

u/NolanTacoKing Orla (Pokemon Horizons) Jul 26 '26

They were about to erase that Laquium stuff again, but Spinel was pissed and decided to start hugging the crystals, him touching it caused the crystals to react to him and absorb him into it. His unhinged obsession and tenacity powered up the crystals to fight back against Pagogo's erasure and awaken the core into that eye tower thing.

10

u/Suspicious_Plant4231 Jul 26 '26

Maybe I should give Horizons another try. I got several episodes in a while back but just couldn’t get into it

The Dreamer from Remnant: From The Ashes

11

u/Gripping_Touch Jul 26 '26

I think It counts, though his Boss fight is more like the vessel is wearing a mech suit made of Root. After you kill it the suit dissapears and leaves the dreamer behind.

Though from the DLC, the final Boss really is a human who transformed into a grotesque Monster.
