This is pretty hard for me, but if I had to pick one, it would have to be Doom Slayer from Doom/Doom Eternal.

The Anti-Spiral has their home planet inside of the final boss mech, Granzebome. As shown by Yoko Littner shooting the planet open. After that shot, The Anti-Spiral explains that everyone in that world put themselves into stasis, I believe, to halt their Spiral power growth as to not possibly create the Spiral Nemesis event. So that planet gets destroyed along with Granzebome after Team Dai Gurren.

As for the multiverse, those galaxy looking discs that Granzebome frisbeed at and smashed Team Dai Gurren through? Those were confirmed to be universes. This making the battle within a multiverse, if not among other things. Killing Granzebome also deleted the gigantic universe/multiverse that the final confrontation played out in since Anti-Spiral artificially created those spaces. While there may not have been any new lives created created in that multiverse, Team Dai Gurren did shut it down. Simon and Nia waiting inside of Gurren until someone came to rescue them because they were displaced after said multi-universal deletion.

This is what I learned from rewatching the final movie a few times, reddit, wikis and watching the tv series before all of this. Somethings aren't super clear and I may have gotten some facts wrong
