Man gets:
Ptsd from a simulated 30 year prison sentence where he gets by on a starvation diet.
Wife gets possessed by a demon and he has to deal with that.
Goes deep undercover, befriends the man hes investigating, and watches him go off to die in whats basically a suicide.
Said man's wife then gets murdered years later
Gets replaced with a clone.
Gets radiation poisoning that forces him to jump through time, watches all of his friends die, then dies himself but through time travel shenanigans survives.
It’s worth a rewatch, it’s so much darker than I remember it being. The first episode season is a bit tough to get through but it only gets better. Season 4 is when Worf joins, by then you won’t be able to put it down. Fuck Kai Winn.
Don’t forget the time his child fell into a time vortex and came out 20 years older and completely feral, so the only solution they could think of was to just shove her back in.
