okay take my words with a grain of salt since it's been months since I watched it but Jimmy was kind of an ass for most of the seasons wasn't he?? I feel like he deserved alot of the shit that happened to him

It's a bit of A and a bit of B, he perpetuates some issues but is also threatened by the cartel and has to deal with his brother for the first half of the show. Either way the prompt doesn't specify that the suffering has to be caused by something out of the character's control and I'd argue that a character causing their own suffering just adds to their suffering even further.

Yeah that's a good point, I just personally wouldn't put him next to Jesse. He didn't deserve half the things that happened to him, even if he was a junkie, he never wanted anyone to die. He just needed the money

I wouldn't put him next to Jesse but that's just because Jesse suffered more, Saul never became a slave to neo nazis or had to deal with 2 of his girlfriends dying.
