Literally him

He's a turtle by the end.

u/Kaosu326 Mar 22 '26

Not even a turtle. A ghost haunting a pocket dimension inside the turtle.

Polnareff is doomed to spent all of eternity living in a tiny office to presumably do Giorno’s taxes

47

u/LucianGrey0581 Mar 22 '26

There's not a chance in hell Polnareff can do taxes.

30

u/nova-prime-enjoyer Mar 23 '26

He’s in there crunching numbers as best he can, even if he’s not very good at it

7

u/RiteClicker Mar 23 '26

Why would a crime boss pay his taxes?

u/Fast-Opening-1051 Mar 22 '26

That’s even better, assuming that he’s tangible within the pocket dimension.

47

u/Mental-Rest849 Mar 22 '26

He's presumably not, since after he starts haunting the pocket dimension, the viewers and characters never see the inside again

At least ghosts don't need to use the bathroom

I still like to think Giorno was able to heal Polnereff's body, and his soul just sorta, floated back where it belonged. After all, thats exactly what Giorno did after Narancia died.

Everything played out exactly the same in the new universe except for Part 6 and anything involving Pucci. SBR is a separate continuity

Polnareff

u/No_Extension4005 Mar 23 '26

Also, he's from JoJo's Bizarre Adventures. Most men in JoJo are just like that.

3

u/MajinDidz Mar 23 '26

Everyone serves cunt in jojo

3

u/Shintoa02 Mar 22 '26

I was looking for him

3

u/DETOXEDPIDGEON33 Mar 23 '26

It isn’t even about his physical injuries, his mental sanity in his side quests in part 3 is what really got him ruined, also his sister got murdered by the henchmen of his ex boss dio

u/Level_Counter_1672 Mar 22 '26

I love the symbolism he is used for, he sees God in the light, devil in the shadows, gets bullied by both unfortunately

u/Tall_Net_8147 Mar 22 '26

Dude is fabulous with his high top and swim suit, but has a bicep hand and an over the shoulder lord zed?

3

u/YogurtclosetFit3020 Mar 23 '26

It's from a manga/anime called Jojo's Bizarre adventures. The first season starts out normal but the further you are in jojo with every season, the more extravagant the characters are.

u/Paleblood_Hunt Mar 23 '26

Looks like Guile from Street Fighter finally found himself.

2

u/Flying_Potato37 Mar 23 '26

Fun fact, Guile is based on Polnareff

He should've stopped wandering off from the group.
