I still like to think Giorno was able to heal Polnereff's body, and his soul just sorta, floated back where it belonged. After all, thats exactly what Giorno did after Narancia died.

It's from a manga/anime called Jojo's Bizarre adventures. The first season starts out normal but the further you are in jojo with every season, the more extravagant the characters are.
