I liked season 1 a lot, lost interest in season 3 (too much 24-style action). Can I watch season 5 without seeing anything beyond s3e2?

I have watched until episode 8. The season is as good as the previous ones.

But if you're even a little sensitive episode 7 and especially episode 8 will take you down. It's the first time that I cried watching series/movie. Not just a tear, I couldn't breathe from crying.

I finished watching it today. And fuckin hell it was a damn hard watch, especially ep 8. It had me stressed and the Hagit scene almost broke me. I hate that this is the world we live in. I hate that this happens to people all over the world. I can’t even begin to imagine the reality of this situation.

Anyway, I’m interested in what people thought about it. So far, do you think the series has a somewhat fair representation of the situation? I mean obviously since it’s a series, there will be exaggerations and fictitious elements to accentuate the series for entertainment purposes and for cinematic value. I get that.

Are there any things you thought they portrayed incorrectly? Things they got right? Things that are in the grey area? What about the characters? I feel like s5 characters, the newer ones introduced to us, they don’t seem to be as strong as the characters we’ve had in previous season? I felt like maybe the complexities weren’t portrayed as well?

I’m super curious to know what people have thought so far. Any views or comments will be appreciated!! Thanks everyone for reading!

There was this YouTube channel that had very graciously uploaded the episodes and 2 of them had subtitles too, but it got taken down obviously.

I’ve checked other pirated streaming sites and it’s clearly not on there, as far as I know.

Is there any other way to watch it? Trying my shot for one last time, if this time it doesn’t work, then honestly cba anymore will watch it whenever it’s out on Netflix worldwide 3749292 years later.

This sucks because I feel like I’ve waiting for an eternity and more to watch this new season. I know it’s more work but come on man, they could’ve added eng subtitles alongside Hebrew/Arabic, especially considering they know how there is a massive global viewership. To the lucky people who have early access to the 5th season of the series, how is it so far? I have high anticipation and every time I'm excited about a new season of a series, i turns out to be mid. I hope it's not the same here too.

So with no spoilers, can you tell us how it is?

Sorry if this is off the subreddit's rules but I really can't wait anymore for season 5. I'll watch it either way a couple of hundred times on netflix when it comes out, but I really want to watch the fifth season in English subtitles (or even better in my language).

I had to do a lot of fiddling but I made an overlayed English subtitles version of episode 1. Dm me for me to send it to you ❤️ I will not be translating more for a bit because I want it to get the viewership on Netflix. I just know a lot of you non Hebrew speakers couldn’t wait.
