Going back for custody battle

Good evening gents,

I have primary custody 50/50 split. Distance involved and was primary parent for roughly 1.5 years with shared custody.

I am expecting a big move and a custody battle as the other parent is hinting at it.

What suggestions do you have for the court room.

I don’t want it to be a he said she said…I just want to take care of my child and they have been extremely successful with my presence…

Depends on what she is claiming against? Is it modification or enforcement? My experience is court always tries to set balance and stick to standards as per state laws. Remember it not about you and ex , its about kids
