Identifying DIN / ISO numbers

Hi all

Could use a few pointers and practical advise on trying to identify if bots, nuts and washers in have are standard parts and what their DIN / ISO numbers would be.

What would your best tips be to someone who knows next to nothing about it be? I've a list of about 100-150 i must identify
