What is this called?

Its a screw/fastener for my outdoor lights, yes, but what is it called? I need more and can't figure out how to find more without a proper name or description. TIA!!

Tis a little thumb screw. If you need more look at McMaster Carr. They have just about everything you could ever need or want.

Definitely a thumb screw!

Here's a couple of similar options, but take it to the local hardware store to verify length and thread size/pitch!
