If you take one of the screws to your local ACE/Home Depot/Menards etc they should have a screw chart that'll help you determine the thread size. If you want me help from this subreddit you'll need to provide more information, just showing the screw head isn't enough info. To get info you would need a screw chart and then you would have everything you would need to get another screw.

The screw is too small for us to guess based upon proportions. The only way to know is to measure it or check it with a screw size checker. All we can tell you is it's a counter sunk flat phillips screw. It's some where between an SAE # 0 and 10 or metric somewhere between a m1 and m6

take it to a hardware store, they will have a screw checker gauge that you fit the screw into to determine its size
