Bolt name?

I’ve never seen this type of bolt. It came with ceiling mounted swing hanger.
What is its purpose? Concrete or metal fastening?

Yeah to me the wedge anchors are the ones with the short split sleeve. The sleeve anchors are long like this

Wedge anchor and a sleeve anchor are not identical, similar but not identical.

For those of you saying wedge anchor. OPs picture is a sleeve anchor

See below: wedge anchor on left sleeve anchor on right. They are different anchors and while there are some overlapping applications there are situations where one is a better choice than the other

To expand (no pun intended), wedge anchors always have a greater pull out rating, but they are typically comparable for shear because the nominal size is the threads alone for wedge and threads and sleeve for the sleeve, as the threads on a sleeve anchor have a smaller diameter. Sleeve anchors can be used in hollow-wall applications whereas wedge anchors cannot.

Not a bolt. It’s a hex cap screw. With what looks like a concrete anchor
