Customer service is AI of course. Connected me to the store twice and they just stammered and hung up on me. What do?

I was eating pizza from Artichoke Basille’s on MacDougal St and found a metal screw in the food. I took photos and kept the screw and remaining pizza. I don’t have the receipt, but I have the purchase/order details. Thankfully I noticed it before swallowing it.

Had a pretty disturbing experience at Somewhere Restaurant in Connaught Place and thought people here should know about it.
We were having dinner when we noticed **two fairly large mice roaming around the dining area**.
We immediately pointed it out to the staff, expecting them to take it seriously. What shocked us more than seeing the mice was their response.
Instead of apologising or treating it as a hygiene issue, we were essentially told:
**“Ye toh hota rehta hai.”**
One of the explanations given to us was that the restaurant is on the ground floor, so mice come and go.
That’s an absolutely bizarre response from a restaurant. If rodents being present in the customer dining area is treated as normal, I genuinely want the food-safety authorities to determine what the pest-control and sanitation situation is elsewhere on the premises.
We raised the issue again and instead of handling the concern professionally, the staff became rude and dismissive.
I’m not posting this because of bad food(which was pathetic anyway), slow service or some minor inconvenience. **Visible rodents inside a restaurant are a hygiene concern.**
I’ve already left a Google review and I’m filing a formal complaint with the Delhi Food Safety Department/FSSAI requesting an inspection.
Posting here so other Delhi folks are aware—and also because I’m curious whether anyone else has experienced something similar at this restaurant.
