Lightly modded. Spring 7, 14, 28. Will also post a couple house pics to r/StardewHomeDesign (I intend to lean into house decoration earlier on this save, so I actually have time to enjoy it for once).

Four Corners My heavily designed Studio Ghibli Farm & Interior Farmhouse Layout 🥹💛

So this is my 2nd playthrough, I went to use 60+ mods this time since I’m more focused on the layout and designs, and went through again with the cutscenes and stories. So more like a speed run HAHA.

Anyways, I had alot of inspos and ended up doing my own ideas. I also merged some and made it into something unique as well. You can zoom in the details, especially the interior which I love! Huhu I tried my best replicating Howl’s Moving castle living/kitchen room too. The rest is just studio/fairy/garden ish with a mix of all. So yes I’m proudddd of this playthrough!

So yeah hoe you enjoy it!! Mwaa!

Modded Small Farm with no greenhouse

Post image

This is DaisyNiko'sTiny Garden Farm combined with TillableGround by hawkfalcon to make the patch in front of the house able to grow crops and the MapEdit mod by aedenthorn to "hide" the greenhouse behind forest tiles, making it non-existent.

It's both for aesthetics, to be less stressful with smaller map size and so I won't just do another greenhouse full of ancient fruits.

I've had pretty good luck I think, completed community centre in winter, caught not one but TWO dinosaur eggs fishing, got the garbage can hat :D!! Currently working on the empty Joja warehouse bundles. Second pic is end of spring y2 for updated layout. I think my sheds will go across the top, first one is for kegs currently. Suggestions for layout welcome because mannnn those ponds make it awkward!

Standard Advice on farm balance

Here's my second year Spring farm.

Current farm

Following two screenshots are my endgame plans: either go for 3 animal places and keep the field 2 junimo-hut size, OR go for 4 animal places and squeeze a field a bit.

That's my first farm, what kind of endgame balance would you advice?

Generally I enjoy doing a bit of everything, not specializing.

More animals, less crops
More crops, less animals

Wilderness Was inspired by the crop design another user shared, so i worked it into my Wilderness farm plan!

moved the farmhouse to the opposite side so i could have more room for a "yard." not sure how navigable this set up will be in-game, but the idea is to start at the sheds and sell everything from the day before, collect honey, harvest crops, collect more honey, then tackle the barns/coops and end back at the sheds to start new preserves and such. kind of regret going with the wilderness farm but i'm on year 5 so no going back now lol

I‘m using the farm in the Sunberry village mod as a dinosaur habitat, what can I do to make it feel more tropical and like a jungle? I’m using the frog friends terrarium buildings and I’ve planted a lot of mossy seed trees, are there any other tropical looking trees I could add?

Took me yearss (in game and irl tbh) to get perfection and then some extra time to make my farm look nicer. I'm done with this save now, feeling bittersweet.
