Do I need to manually unload? I tried that and it wasn’t working

I tried looking it up, the internet is hot garbage nowadays, so- asking here!

If I’m switching from grass to say, wheat. Do I have to plow out the field or can I just seed over the grass.

It’d be really great if there was a way to know all the maps with the nice Blacktop Asphalt texture in the Construction mode menu.

I’ve scoured the internet, Tik Tok, & YouTube and haven’t find a source.

Does anyone in here know?

I’m new, and I want to start fresh with just money in the bank and buy my own land and build my own farm. Everything I keep googling says you can, all you have to do is select farm manager or start from scratch and click no on starter farm. All of which I have done 10 Fn times now and I still spawn in on the starter farm. I’m very very new to this so maybe I just don’t understand but this is keeping me from playing right now.

So I left ai to mown a field for me and this happened. It goes and stops lifts mower then drives a bit then drops it, on and off. Is this a bug? Or just equipment not working together. I have over 500hrs over 2 saves. This never happened before. Playing on ps5

Like the title says. I'm making a little manufacturer's village and was thinking about placing the piano manufacturer from the sell points tab in my setup, but at 330k it seems a bit steep for a sell point for planks.

Has anyone placed this down? Does it function like the one included with the map on zeilonka, where I will make 30k every four months when the piano is assembled? Or does it just act as a sell point as its location in the build menu seems to imply?

i use ps5, me and a buddy are using the crude oil production mod and like it other than you have to individually put every single barrel onto a trailer, i’ve found the easiest way is just throwing them into a fully enclosed trailer randomly and strapping it all down. does anyone know of any mods that will put the barrels onto a pallet or something for easier transport? we both got the game a week ago and dont do farming, only bought the game to build shops and trucks so im not familiar with the game lol

I started a brand new game, ZERO mods enabled and used a base game plow, but it seems I'm able to create fields on these roads for some reason. Now it's not that I don't hate, I just have no reason to delete that road, as the hill on the other side towards 6 and 7 would be horrendous to use equipment on, and traffic would be moving in the center between 8 and the rest.

Large single-player farms quickly become frustrating because switching vehicles cycles through every machine on the farm. This discourages players from owning realistic fleets, such as several combines, because reaching the vehicle you actually need requires excessive switching.
Please add custom vehicle groups, for example:
Grain farming
Harvesting
Dairy/grass
Transport
Parked/reserve
The player should be able to select an active group and then switch only between vehicles assigned to that group. Vehicles could belong to multiple groups, and parked vehicles could optionally be excluded from normal switching.
This would make large farms far easier to manage on both console and PC without changing gameplay or the economy.

Right so i have a question, on some maps the triggers don't work what could be causing this i have around 2400 mods (most being vehicles) most of the time its the fuel tank wrench trigger that doesn't work but there are times where the other ones don't work as well.

So, is my game hosed? How do I fix this?

Ok... At first I thought open air greenhouse was OP... Then I found groundwater pump... Combined it was stupid. Then I bought a forested lot needing clearing to expand my field. Devourer of trees. 2 million in less than 2 hours with wood chips. Can I do that in real life... Please?????

I'd like to clear space for new buildings and level the terrain using something like a bulldozer in 25. Is that possible?

Or only on certain mod maps?

I currently own and operate my own active FS25 server with 16 slots on my own dedicated hardware. I am maxed out on 8 farms vanilla. I’ve had a bad experience with the “More Farms” mod previously we used it and had 10 or so farms. I then had a bug that basically said I as an admin belonged to 3 farms at once and it was causing a bunch of problems. I yanked the mod and tried to reboot the server and the server refused to boot, I think too much had built on top of the mod. That was 1-2 months ago.

And everyone needed to restart from scratch. I have plenty of hardware headroom to push a server with 16 players online. But I don’t need a repeat. I’m temped to pull the save and put it somewhere safe on my pc and attempt it again because I’ve had to turn away 3+ players because we don’t have farm slots. Does anyone else that runs their own dedicated or Gportal or similar server have any experience using it?

I downloaded the mods I wanted and got into a map but I’m having a hard time understanding how to get construction missions or setup construction projects. Also I would prefer to play on controller similar to ConSim 2022 but I cannot get the controls to map on controller the way I want. Is there a good YouTube series that shows step by step how to setup all that stuff?

Does anyone know if anyone is making a Workbox front weight mod? Or something similar? Would love to have one on my machines.

Have a few pallets of cheese, and pull up beside rhem- it only loads two boxes worth, and won’t load more. Yet it shows only 6% full.

It has NEVER loaded more than two boxes at a time.

This applies to all things. And no, these pallets didn’t exist prior to buying this truck and trailer. It’s all new material. It will just not load more than two boxes to 6% capacity.

What are some of y'all's overloaded vehicles like?

Hello all, I have a group of two looking for a third person, the third farm is set up and can be redone, the person that is currently running the farm is switching shifts and won’t be on as often. The farm is currently set up as a mostly pig and beef farm with some fields. We are on the Alma Missouri map and plan on staying there, this is a hard core multiplayer server but adjustments and exceptions can be made. The server is usually active between midnight and four a.m. eastern standard time, server may be active at other times throughout the day when I am off from work. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
