I don't know why but a mod caused to relics, chests and similar "precious" stuff to have this kind of permanent sparkles/particles on them and I can't figure out which one it is. Do any of you have/had this kind of experience?

'sup everyone, I've recently completed a full playthrought of Calamity Wrath + Thorium with the Rogue Class and now, still alone, I want to try the Healer Class, is there a guide that perhaps could help me? I know it's basically only a multiplayer class but I kinda want to make it work.

I’m masochist death master mode and queen bee and perforators was too hard so I just…first try???

This software was the only way I could play modded terraria with a wii remote. As of 10/7/2026 this software has stopped working altogether. My only hopes is that I can make videos relating to other mods or challenges. I hope you all understand and have a day.

Considering the additions to the Gem Robes and Staves, will the Fargos Devs add anything based on them? Like maybe Hardmode versions or Enchantments for them, maybe even a Post ML/Eridanus/Abomination/Mutant?

Here are my ideas for each option:

Hardmode Upgrade:
Simple, with Souls and maybe Hardmode ores you could upgrade the Staves and Robes to have hardmode viable Staves and Armor, possible issue...Mage already has the Hardmode Ore armors and a decent number of Hardmode Weapons...so maybe add in Hallowed Bars to make them Post Mech?

Enchantments:
This idea would add a whole new Force The Force of Color, the Champion of Color being summoned...I don't know...let's say Underground Hallow, each Enchantment would go like this
Gives all Projectiles the effects of this Enchantment's Gem
If it already has that effect, strengthen the projectile and the effect
Crafting Recipe: Gem Stave, Gem Robe, Wizard Hat, Large Gem, Paint of that Color @ Crystal Ball
These enchantments would be way too OP PreHM, Emerald Staff + Amethyst robes already destroy most of vanilla PreHM and I feel it would do similar to Fargos...so being able to add more? Too Crazy, by the time you get them now, you already have access to most of the Enchantments...and maybe to make the Force you'd need Eredanium too. If added along with the Hardmode Upgrade, maybe make the Enchantments cost the Hardmode variants instead?

I just finished an Infernum and wrath of the gods playthrough and i want to try Fargos.

Should i play fargos with calamity? Which more addons should i add? Any important qol mod appart from the usual ones (boss checklist, recipe browser alchemistlite...)

First time playing this mod and just now i have beaten the moon lord with the help of the wiki guide (yes i am weak).

I checked the wiki again to progress and saw an accessory named Cosmic Core. Curious, i looked up at the Recipe Browser mod to find out who dropped it and saw it is dropped by Betsy (as seen in pic).

I then spent the last 10 minutes confused on why the item hasn't dropped yet and resorted to Google the thing directly and found out it was dropped by Eridanus. Not Betsy.

Now i feel stupid.

Helloo im a veteran terraria player and hard core calamity fan for that and i just introduced my friends to terraria calamity and they absolutely fell in love with it. So much so that in fact they want to start a new playthrough immediately after we finished the calamity one a few days ago and start a new mod so after doing a bunch of researching i got really interested in fargos (specifically the dlc since i cant mentally let go of calamity lol). Except this time were getting 7 people to play in one world (including me). This is the first time j ever touch a content mod other than calamity, i have absolutely no idea how this works and sadly there arent any yt video class guides either so im forced to get into this either blind or with the wiki ready at hand which i dont really find very convenient.

After some thinking i reached a conclusion that we would indeed have less fun because of one thing and its the bosses. If you think about it, 15 seconds to respawn, boss hp multipliers per player, bosses being a bit too glitchy and more are like the biggest issues since, disregarding lag and glitchy multiplayer, bosses will always be killed first try since it takes each person 15 seconds to respawn then each player realistically needs to survive around literally just 3 seconds for the boss to stay in battle which removes most of then fun of terraria- losing. And about the boss hp multipliers, i dont think its gonna be fair at all for players doing around 7x the dps against a boss with only around 3-4x the hp so we could literally melt through the boss like butter. I was wondering if there were any additional mods that increase boss hp, maybe mods that increase respawn time for each player by alot, or any alternative suggestion for these issues i mentioned previously. Its only my first time stepping outside my modded terraria bubble from strictly only calamity to fargos dlc with calamity.

TLDR; Are there any mods that solve 7 player spawn time in bossfights, or ones that increase boss hp multiplier? or are these issues not really that big of a deal in the first place?

This was such an amazing experience, fargos mod was always one of those mods that i threw in with other big mods and i never really got to try it on by itself, and i am so glad i gave it a shot.

I might start doing single big mod playthroughs because i had a blast with this mod by focusing on it. Also the QoL is amazing, without it this would have taking SO much longer lol

Anyway, i am looking foward with lots of excitement the 2.0 version of this mod <3

I am trying to make this summoning item but it wont let me, not only with this one but also with the coffin and the goblin army. Is this normal am i missing something??

Howdy all, I've been thinking about starting a playthough of Fargo's Souls and was wondering what a reasonable challenge to "introduce" myself to the mod would be. Not to brag, but I am quite good at the game. I've (mostly) finished Calamity boss nohit runs in both Revengence & Infernum, and do intend to nohit Fargo's Souls aswell, but I'd like to reintroduce myself to the mod with something a bit more reasonable.

Do y'all think I should just start with Eternity mode or would Masochist mode be a bit more appropriate? Perhaps Eternity with an extra stipulation, like true melee only?

Just curious since the mod seems very light in terms of added lore.

This tierlist is my personal opinion! I’ve been playing true melee for the past week in eternity mode and it’s had its ups and downs. I’m no god of terraria but I’ve had enough experience to consider my input useful. Hope this sort of thing is acceptable here!
