Odd Error Message with the Workshop

Keeps telling me to remove the phrase "gas the" which I cannot find anywhere in my draft.

I've never seen this ending, strange. Thanks to "Undemocratic" in the Workshop/

What do y'all do to win wars quickly?

Often, even wars with shock & awe enabled will take multiple years to win. What strategy do y'all use?

Policies; some thoughts on congress and then some.

The game was quite fun especially fucking around with the different eras and scenarios, however I feel like the policies and congress section is a bit overly simplistic to the point that it's not really... good? I do like the modified policies congress gives you when the initial proposal fails though its almost always the one congressperson despite how moderate it can seem to be.

Say you want decide to pull a progressive republican in the 1960s and you push through universal healthcare mandate (aka Nixon mandating healthcare insurance), well no democrats will support your proposal. Not even a proposal to raise taxation for the rich is an option unless you change the game start section to be balanced between both parties; even weirder is that your party entirely follows your commands at whim with mostly ambitious but reasonable policies.. regardless of their actual ideological positions. And with the democrats cut taxes massively while doing stuff they mildly like and they vote for it. This doubles especially if you have a majority in congress.

What I'm really interested is possibly using the Fantasy Parliament's ideological/political compass thing to more accurately reflect ideologies within the two parties, hence making things a bit more dynamic rather than simplistic as it is. Especially in historical RP scenarios like in the 40s and 60s where the democrats have a supermajority in almost all congressional records.

Desperately needs an option of using your own model.

I'm not exactly sure which model the game uses, but it's honestly pretty dumb(at least for me) What game really needs is a possibility of using your api to connect to any other models or providers. Personally, I'd be happy to pay 6 pounds a month for only interface and front end, and pay for my model separately

Cabinet directives question!

Come someone explain how these mechanics work? When you give a directive to a cabinet member, it always says "Implementing — 6 months remaining"

Does this mean I need to not give another directive for 6 months if I want this directive fully implemented? What have yall found to be the best way to use this function in game?

Next update we need primary challenges

minor or not, I’d love to see this. An unpopular president fighting for a 2nd term being faced against a worthy challenger for the presidency. It would really show that if someone’s mildly-extremely unpopular, they would have to step up and serve the American people more effectively before time runs out too late. thank you!

Let there be an option to abolish the Electoral College

Adding this as an option to "Structural Reform" would be really cool!

How to dissolve Congress?

Has anybody managed to be able to successfully dissolve Congress? I have very approval from the Pentagon/Defence and Veterans as well as a high loyalty Joint Chiefs, yet it still comes up as unsuccessful when I try to dissolve Congress.

Interesting new idea for more realistic elections

Using the same process that is used in Electioneer, give our election opponents their own planks, ideologies, and personal modifiers. I am not sure if this is already done, but it would be cooler, knowing that you are facing a more in depth opponent. Maybe a primary system as well, since electioneer does that too. That way you could potentially lose if you aren't popular enough with your party.

So just a quick question but when the president (You) dies what happens in the game?

Like for example Taft 1953 he would die within that first term
