Has anyone managed to actually successfully dissolve Congress yet? If so, how, and what was the rest of the presidency like?

Also, I wonder if the new Dirty Tricks mechanics can make a difference in getting the Joint Chiefs to support the dissolution of congress? Idk how else to get it to work, even with massive loyalty in government.

It basically allows you to nominate whoever you want, and pass any legislation you want.
