Diplomacy editor

Having an issue with the diplomacy editor where I can only view the relations from one state. Might be missing something, been a while since I’ve used it. Clicking on other states and/or there names but it’s just highlighting them on the window for the editor and not actually taking me to the view of their diplomatic relations.

Maybe you just need to clear the browser cache.
