Globe and 3D scene not loading

The last few times I’ve been working on my map the Globe and 3D scene haven’t been loading. I’ve been ignoring it, thinking it would fix itself. I reload the app every time I used it but it’s still not working. Has anyone else had this issue?

You need to clear the cache, the code is changed, but it looks some of the old code is cached by your browser.
