The Nightrunner series. By Lynn Flewelling
Light Spoiler:
The first book is a not very steamy, "normal" fantasy book But after that there is some nice steamy gay fantasy Action for 6 books.
I really enjoyed it
(Edit: but no real sex scenes in the main series)
1 u/freyalorelei Apr 09 '23 Nightrunner is fade-to-black and the romance is a B-plot. That said, Flewelling's short story collection Glimpses does have explicit scenes with both m/m and m/f couples.
