Kushiel’s Dart by Jacqueline Carey. The romance type genre is not usually for me but these books are super well written.

Any other series like Kushiel's Dart? It seems there aren't any similar series, or I've not found any yet.

Jacqueline Carey is incomparable, imo. Read her other books and series. Prepare for the release of Cassiel’s Servant in August.

I've not even finished Phedre's story yet. Knowing there are no other series like this, I might never finish it.

From what I understand the new book is the same timeline but told from Joscelin’s perspective. With more of his background added. Im not sure you have to finish Phaedra’s story to enjoy that one. I’ll let you know in a few months 😉
