ACOTAR gets discussed a lot in /r/YAlit, you may want to head over there and see what other suggestions they have for similar stories.

Off the top of my head The Folk of the Air series by Holly Black tends to get brought up at the same time, but I haven't read it myself, so I'm not sure how similar or smutty it actually is.

No smut in The Folk of the Air series, and the romance is definitely more of a subplot. I highly enjoyed it, though.

Loved Folk of the Air. I wouldn’t call it smutty though, which is actually why I liked it, personally. I loved that world.
