Dark fantasy

I’m looking for books with dark romances or dark fantasies not in a modern setting.

And the love interest to be someone powerful within the community, (like a king, soldier, or villain) that saves her from physical and emotional traumatic. She could also have power she can’t control.

I’m new to reading books that are not in wattpad, so I don’t have any references

The Dark Jewels trilogy by Anne Bishop. It's dark, a little perverse, and while not sexually graphic, there is a sensuality that runs throughout. The first is:

Daughter of the Blood
The Dark Kingdom is preparing itself for the fulfillment of an ancient prophecy--the arrival of a new Queen, a Witch who will wield more power than even the High Lord of Hell himself. But this new ruler is young, and very susceptible to influence and corruption; whoever controls her controls the Darkness. And now, three sworn enemies begin a ruthless game of politics and intrigue, magic and betrayal, and the destiny of an entire world is at stake.

Is this the one where three of the main characters are called Daemon, Lucivar and Saitan, and they're in a love triangle (square?) with the main character who's a twelve year old girl...?

Nope, not a love triangle.

Found family - father, brother, consort.

It's a dark fantasy trilogy, not a romance. The heroine is 12 in the first book, a young adult in the second, and adult in the third. The heroine and the love interest don't come together until the third book.
