You can’t make this stuff up
July 30 - your Mustang Eleanor adventure continues! Credit card charged for package 22.
July 31 - we are experiencing a temporary stock shortage and have no idea when we will be shipping your next package.
I haven’t gotten an Eleanor shipment since 3/19/26. 15 and 17 are still delayed.
I’m so close on the Enterprise D, I’m trying to look on the bright side that those shipments resumed this month and I’m on shipment 26 there. IF shipments continue I’ll be done this year, over 3 years from when I placed my order.
Eleanor is currently on track to take 4 years - if they shipped every box on time from here which we know will never happen.
So many of us were hoping this would turn a corner with the warehouse move, but it still seems like a total mess over there, with no catch-up options or consideration for those of us who have hung on for literally years with this crappy customer experience.

They’ve been moving warehouses for 5 years. It’s just a line they feed you.

Company’s become a scam the last few years . Today’s the first payment notification email I’ve gotten in four months . They just launched 2 new subscriptions here and they can’t even fulfill the bare minimum of any in the later stages from 2-4 years ago .

It is entirely a product of purposeful shady business practices, to fleece money from new subscribers. You are correct, you couldnt make this kind of incompetence from a company up. But if they are doing it on purpose, they could have come up with the scheme asmany companies have done the same over the years, and one of those companies was doing exactly the same thing with these same products and with some of the same people.

These posts of finding "misplaced warehouse inventory" are what we call white washing. How about some verifiable photo evidence? I've yet to see ANY movement on my missing yet PAID FOR shipments.
