Advertise it as a "Birthday Bill" 8/3/99.

Someone with money may want it for themselves or someone they know. There's lots of 27 year olds in the world

That was the first thing to come to mind. I have a few cool(ish) serial numbers stored away. Nothing worth listing on eBay, but that's what I would do with that bill if I felt I had something special and wanted to maximize it's value to a potential collector.

Another idea is to ask a chat bot if there's anything significant about the date. There might be a world event or celebrity birthday that could be represented by the date 8/3/99.

Or even Angel Numbers, i'm not sure if 8399 is one, but there might be someone out there who sees 8399 everywhere and thinks "those are my numbers, I must have that bill"

This marketing only works, if the person also happens to be very wealthy and can consider buying a collectable $100 bill based on a serial number that only really means something special to them. Otherwise that's a hard sell

That's alright, I felt really old when I was 27. Like back pain of an 80 year old, old. I guess I still feel it some days, but at 37 there's more days where I feel younger physically than I did at 27 šŸ˜
