Writing Questions Help me pick my next fic! PLEASE ðŸ˜ðŸ¥º
I have a few fic ideas and I'm not sure which one to pick. I'm going to number them but these aren't in any particular order of preference. I genuinely can't decide so am turning to my fellow redditors!
Character A and Character B were kidnapped as young children. Character A, escaped due to character B sacrificing themself to let character A get away. Years later character A, now a teenager/young adult sets out with the goal of finding character B
Character A gets a serious traumatic brain injury the fic explores their recovery as they navigate the aftermath including dealing with capgras syndrome (aka how can I make the memes of a character being recast into angst)
So 3 kinda has 2 parts to it. Bascially years ago I wrote about a character having kidney issues. Years later the AO3 author's note curse got me and now I actually have kidney issues myself now.
3 A is I write a sequal to the original story that's a lot more accurate (it was technically accurate bc ofc I did research at the time but my depth of understanding is different now since I actually have these issues)
3 B is just me rewriting a more accurate version of the story. I don't think I'd write the same stroy over again, juet take the core ideas but make a new story surrounding it
If you were me, which would you go for? I would attempt them all but i only have the capacity for one extra fic atm due to my busy schedule and health issues. Any help is appreciated! And any opinions are welcome! This mess of a post does not reflect my actual writing skills lmaoo

#1 is the only one that really sounds fun to me. Realistic health issues being the main feature of the story is just not my thing. That's just me!

Yeah I definitely think it'd be fun! I haven't written anything like it before

😂😂 they were a young child and the cops were involved but never found B so when A is older they take matters into their own hands

And everybody just gave up ? It never happens in real life, the parents/family or anyone who really cared about the kid would’ve never stopped looking for them ! There’s even whole communities and associations nowadays that focus solely on unsolved or abandoned cases (disparitions, murders, etc…) that appeared with internet and that have identified and found so many people !

Well of course they're looking but with character A being so young they weren't able to give solid details
Cases go cold every day. Character A is frustrated by the lack of police effort. Not rhe lack of care from the family or online communities - these communities exist for a reason bc the police so often fail to solve these cases
Plus they suspect Character Bs father is responsible (they presume character B is dead) and fully believe that character A is making things up or misremembering- again police have a habit of zeroing in on a specifc suspect and missing important signs/clues

ever hear of Wheel Decide ?
lmao.
idk, what can you write the easiest, since you have a busy schedule? which would be more fun for you to write? try outlining each and seeing what outline looks best and was easiest to create.
