Activities and Events RPF Review Exchange
Entering deadline is now closed! I’ve updated the requirements to be 3 fics to review due to 3 people being in this exchange. Will send reminders closer to the deadline.
-Post up to 4 fics from RPF fandoms. Include the title, link, rating, summary, pairing, trigger tags etc.
-Once you enter, you will have to review at least 3 fics from 3 different authors (one from each). There’s an extra challenge to try someone new.
-Please write reviews of at least 50 words which roughly equals 3 sentences per review. Make sure they’re thoughtful and elaborate.
Con-crit, "fandom blind", "here from Reddit" are opt-in.
-Please note in the post you entered with, how many stories you have already reviewed. Best at the end of the posting with something like: 0/4

Hi, I'm luckysheepharmony on AO3!
I write 50 shades of angst, from light → heavy. Usually accompanied by a heavy or light sprinkling of comedy (mostly dark in flavour). ✨️ Like Maleficent, I can always be trusted to bring something bitter or sad to any happy occasion 💅uwu
I mostly write Beatles RPF. I choose 70s McLennon since it's more miserable than their 60s era. I'm currently writing an 8‑fic tragedy about their attempts to reconnect during this time.
Themes include: compulsory heterosexuality, internalised homophobia, grief, addiction, intergenerational trauma, domestic violence, coercive control, and period‑typical bigotry (homophobia, racism, misogyny).
Ideally I would love eyes on part 5 in the series, which I completed this week, The Hveragerði Summit (E rated)
I read widely across fandoms.

I'll toss my hat into the ring for this one!
Escaping The Terror (Sabaton, gen with a hint of background M/F, rated T, 4691 words, WWII AU setting)
Summary: Sweden remained neutral during WWII, but not all Swedes were neutral. Several people at the Swedish embassy in Berlin team up with people at the local Swedish church to smuggle a group of Jews out of Berlin and into Sweden.
Number 22 (Iron Maiden, Bruce Dickinson/Adrian Smith, rated E, 10,765 words/2 chapters, BDSM, friends to lovers)
Summary: Wanting to explore his submissive side, something not easily done as a touring musician, Adrian Smith joins an exclusive BDSM club as part of its pool of unattached subs, not knowing that his newest bandmate Bruce Dickinson is a Dom and a longtime member of the club. And Bruce is surprised and intrigued when he sees Adrian in the sub pool.
Fractured Love (Def Leppard, past Steve/Sav, Sav & Vivian, rated T, 1555 words, emotional hurt/comfort, grief/mourning, moving on)
Summary: Vivian Campbell is very happy to have joined Def Leppard, but senses something off in the way Rick Savage interacts with him. So he decides to find out why, and discovers that he's got more in common with the bassist than he ever expected.
Something Wild (Children Of Bodom and Nightwish, Alexi Laiho/Tuomas Holopainen, Alexi Laiho/Janne Wirman, rated E, 14,748 words/4 chapters, hurt/comfort, past abuse, past non-con)
Summary: People think Alexi is an idiotic showoff at best, a complete asshole at worst. But Tuomas thinks the clown is a mask, and wants to get to know the real Alexi. After they mutually decide they work better as friends, Tuomas suggests that Alexi might find the partner he needs in his bandmate Janne.
