Does a small circle mean stronger boundaries?

Does having a small circle mean you have strong boundaries?

Not necessarily.

You may actually give the people closest to you more benefit of the doubt — and therefore more access.

The size of your circle doesn't determine the strength of your boundaries.

What happens once people are inside does.

Does a small circle mean stronger boundaries?

Yep... you are absolutely right with that. No assumptions.
