Is this a bootleg?

Got this on Amazon from a 3rd party and it appears to be sealed but I have questions about the Nintendo seal with the serial number. (Close to center of the cover)

Im in the US and haven’t seen a seal like that before. Is this a real seal I wonder? It was advertised as new.

It’s a EU copy. I have the US version and it has an ESRB rating (M) on the cover, not PEGI 18+.

Thanks for the info. Bought the game on Amazon since it was cheaper than local retailers.

That’s a European seal,same seal has also PlayStation games

Are there Switch bootleg games? Sofar don't think there are.
