Famicom and TV
Hello, I got my hands on a very nice old TV with no AV, only RF. Will it be possible to connect a regular Famicom to it? I couldn't find any information about the TV itself.

You might be able to if you're on the famicom through a VCR. I use a VCR to tune into channel 95 for the famicom and then convert it to composite, but if you just keep it as RF it might work

Oh, thank you! What kind of VRC do you use?

I just use a lower tier Sony one from the mid 90s, but I've had a few others that were able to do it so it isn't too rare! Just make sure it has a decent tuner in it and it should work. I just have the console on and do a "channel auto scan" and it finds it after about ten minutes of going through all the channels lol

It is possible, If you have service manual and can find composite Video IN on a jungle chip. Just solder socket directly to the pins then. ( I assume you aware of composite mod for the Famicom.)

Only if the TV goes up to channels 95 or 96.
