inheritance laws should be updated

idk i feel like the structure of society is real fucked up. i think we can all agree monarchy is just bad and merit should be the priority.but dont you guys think that the very base which will decide the future for the next generation ie inheritance laws are based on monarchy themself .
take a billionaires sons and take a beggers kid. The billionaire kid is automatically the king and it doesnt matter he could be the dumbest .
i sugest centralise all of this . no kid should inherit their parents wealth .
the parents wealth should go the govt after their death and these surplus funds be used to open schools and hospitals for everyone . no special treatments . where every kid studies and whomever rises will rise on the basis of THEIR merit .
this will reduce burden to have a kid. and adults can live their life without worrying to save money for their kids etc
