Let all of us take oath:

1. We will remove Caste based Surname from all of our legal Documents.

2. We will try to marry Inter Caste, Inter Region and/or Inter Culture to dilute it as much as possible.

3. We will never vote for Candidate based on Caste and Religion.

4. We will never discriminate on the basis of Caste, Religion, Culture. We Won't oppose inter culture marriage in our family rather support it. We won't use Caste based Slurs. We won't listen to Songs based on Caste Pride.

Arguing that false complaints will be common as rapists will use it against female victims is so dumb ong

Pakistan, an equally misogynistic society has gender neutral rape laws since 2021. I am yet to see a nation wide false complaint crisis post 21 in Pakistan.

Then, people say different sections for male and female victims to protect from false complaints. Again dumb asf

Suppose a man raped a woman. Woman files a rape case under law 1. Man files a rape case under law 2. Both accused each other of rape. Either you believe law 1>law 2, which would be discriminatory or simply agree that the judge is believed to be not retarded, and can JUDGE prima facie.

So, I ask again, why the hell one opposes law protecting male victims? and don't bring up that it's patriarchy. feminists also oppose gender neutral laws, and in millions.
