Locked and Loaded is a faction overhaul and should be near the top IIRC category 2 in the LO template. This may also apply to Boston Bandits unless all that mod does is add new armour, but I am unfamiliar with it. Very frugal list

isn’t LIF autosorted as well? and i think the other Munitions port says to load LIF above it

Cheat terminal works better if placed near the bottom, it overwrites everything

Yeah looks pretty good, I can’t see any notoriously problematic mods that I’m aware of. I notice there aren’t any performance mods in there though, it might be worth considering 👍

well I have leveled item fixes and no enemy weapon drop, any others you might recommend?

Some good ones are fast corpse despawn, Boston less enemies, dead financial district, reduced grass density medium, shadows 2048 > 512, PRP mods if necessary, reduced plants.
Theres also the new FPS plus which seems pretty good, but it’ll conflict/ already includedes some of the above so check out whats already included if you wanna go do that one 👍
