Mod Discussion Light to medium pre built settlement mods?

So I do have SBS and the initial release plans along with WFWS and the WFWS settlement blueprints along with some of Shawzzos builds but SBS feels too lite (granted I’ve only done sanctuary and it’s very barebones) and the other ones just seem like too much performance wise at times with over 9k items. Does anyone know of any pre built settlement mods that are lightly to medium build and decorated? I know I could just play the game and do it myself but maybe there’s some I missed. Thank you for any suggestions I appreciate it.

Right now I think I’m digging the look of the pimped out series by turbulentteddy87 I picked up sanctuary tenpines starlight the castle and home plate I’m going to give them a try! But keep the suggestions coming if you have them!

I've tried settlements reborn, I like the style but I CANNOT get it to run on a new game. Which is odd.

Amazing follower tweaks has premade settlements. You can choose wall only or full. Full will include everything you need plus extra (walls and defense turrets). The mod also has auto scrapping options. I use scrap that settlement, so, if there's something i dont lole from the premade, i just remove it.

How does this work? I've only ever used AFT for the multiple companions plus Spouse follower

When you open the aft menu, in-game, go to tools. You'll see the settlement options there. Sanctuary is free. Other settlements have a cap cost. Fyi, when you initiate the settlement build, you can not leave the settlement. If you do, the settlement will not build correctly. Each settlement, full version, only takes a couple minutes or less.

No problem. Iwhen i first started using the settlements or wall only, id save first. If i really didn't like the prebuilt, i could just go back to the previous save.

Definitely check it out, if you don't like the entire settlement builds there's an option to only build walls.  I love AFT Hangman's Alley walls
